Yo! My name is James.

I went to St. Francis College where I gained extensive experience training and supervising elite-level Division I athletes (North East Conference). I was the captain of the Men’s Tennis team for 3 years and worked under head Strength Coach, Yuki Miyazawa, as both a student aide and an Interim Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach.

Coupled with my athletic background, I am also a 5th dan in Taekwon-Do as well as an International Instructor under the All International Taekwon-Do Federation (A.I.T.F.) I traveled with my father and A.I.T.F president, Kwang Duk Chung, and assisted him in seminar demonstration and instruction throughout various cities in Argentina, Uruguay, Portugal and Italy.

I also love Olympic Weightlifting. I competed in the 2015 Larry Mintz Memorial Meet, the 2015/2016 Brooklyn Barbell Open, and made my national debut at the 2016 USAW University/ Under 25 National Championships in New Orleans.
